Pawdorable Return & Refund Policy
We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to return: Contact us at hello@pawdorable.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened pet food or grooming products cannot be returned.
