30-Day Returns
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
How to Return
- Email us at pawdorable.shop@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Once we receive your item, we'll process your refund within 5 working days
Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty
- For faulty or damaged items, we'll cover the return postage
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 working days of us receiving the return.
